Zombillenium, realizzata da Arthur De Pins interamente con Adobe Illustrator 9.0 ©, è una miniserie francese pubblicata dalle edizioni Dupuis. Il primo volume, dei tre previsti, ha esordito nelle librerie francesi lo scorso mese di agosto. Arthur De Pins, animatore, pubblicitario e, naturalmente, autore di fumetti, in Italia è conosciuto soprattutto per Il Chiodo Fisso, titolo originale Péchés Mignons, serie di tavole autoconclusive che affrontano, in maniera ironica & umoristica, il variegato mondo dell'erotismo.Due dei quattro volumi pubblicati in Francia, sono stati entrambi editati nel Belpaese dalle edizioni B&M. Tornando a Zombillenium, l'edizione italiana è stata presentata in anteprima assoluta allo stand ReNoir Comics durante l'ultima edizione della kermesse Lucca Comics & Games appena conclusa, e verrà distribuita in fumetteria a partire da metà novembre.  Ma veniamo a questo primo volume.

Aurelien Zahner è il nuovo "acquisto" di Zombillenium, il parco divertimenti più pauroso che ci sia! Zombi, lupi mannari e mummie sono le attrattive principali. Purtroppo, però, il parco è in continua flessione: perché la gente dovrebbe voler vedere dei mostri quando passa tutta la settimana a sopportare il direttore, sul lavoro, o la suocera, a casa? Ci vuole qualcosa di nuovo, di eclatante: Aurelien è l'uomo giusto al momento giusto. Grazie all'aiuto dell'avvenente Gretchen, il giovane diventa un tassello fondamentale del puzzle. Ma sarà tutto oro quello che luccica?

The first volume of the three planned French debuted in bookstores last August. Arthur De Pins, animator, advertising and, of course, comic book artist, is best known in Italy for the obsession, original title Péchés mignons, episodic series of tables which address, in a humorous & ironic, the varied world of eroticism. Two of the four volumes published in France, were both published in the beautiful country editions from B & M. Returning to Zombillenium, the Italian edition was presented a preview of Renoir Comics booth at the last edition of the festival Lucca Comics & Games just ended, and will be distributed in comic books from mid-November. But let this first volume.
