Si chiamerà "The Black Eyed Peas Experience" il nuovo videogioco della Ubisoft dedicato al gruppo hip hop americano. Lo ha annunciato a Parigi, in anteprima mondiale, lo stesso Yves Guillemot, fondatore della casa, insieme ai Blak Eyed Peas in occasione del concerto allo Stade de France. Al momento il nuovo game è in fase di sviluppo, ma uscirà probabilmente entro il 2011.

“Sarà un gioco innovativo di alto intrattenimento, assicura Guillemot, di ballo e di canto, a cui potranno giocare 4 player in contemporanea, 2 vs2, cimentandosi nelle canzoni (2 giocatori) ma anche nelle performance ballerine (gli altri due) dei Balck Eyed Peas. Il gioco, sviluppato da iNis uscirà per le piattaforme Nintendo Wii e Kinect per Xbox 360. La versione Kinect permetterà di esibirsi senza controller grazie ad un microfono integrato che riconosce la voce e un motion tracking in grado di riprodurre tutti i movimenti del corpo tranne quelli delle mani. Un progetto che nasce sull’esperienza di “Michael Jackson The Experience”, ma con una sostanziale differenza: i giocatori potranno interpretare i loro beniamini durante i concerti. Più di 20 brani, tra cui: "I Gotta Feeling", "Boom Boom Pow", "The Time" (Dirty Bit), "Rock That Body", "Don’t Stop The Party". E con un elevato grado di realismo che, racconta Fergie, arriva fino ai costumi, ricalcati su quelli reali. “In questo momento - spiega la cantante - stiamo collaborando con gli sviluppatori per la parte dell’abbigliamento, che sarà uguale a quello di scena”.
