Il volume è a colori ed è ricco di illustrazioni e note storico-biografiche sui Beatles in generale e John Lennon in particolare, in una sequenza di 240 pagine tutte da scoprire. Come dice Enzo Gentile nella prefazione "Gli eroi, quelli veri, non invecchiano. E allora cosa c’è di meglio di una vita a fumetti per eternare un mito, per esplicitare ancora di più e meglio come i Beatles siano stati in tutto e per tutto anche una creatura ultraterrena, sospesi, dopo il micidiale successo planetario dei Sixties, in una sorta di bolla fuori dal tempo?
